We have arranged ticket swaps with other festivals and events in case you would rather do this, than apply for a refund check these out and if you fancy any of them just let us know and we will arrange it. Please, be aware that you need to APPLY to us for the ticket swap and NO free entry in these festivals will happen without prior notification and confirmation by us. For all ticket holders, but especially the South African Family, we prepare something very special that will be announced in the next 2 weeks, so please wait until then before applying for your normal ticket refund. MDF ticket holders who will be attending the South African party season starting September 2010 and ending April/May 2011, will be able to have free entrance to many Festivals and parties there. The exact list and details will be announced shortly but inlcudes all Vortex events, Village events and many events happening around their dates plus more! For international crowd could be a nice occasion to go to South Africa and party a month or more, for free! It is expected that more party promoters from other countries, will offer their help and support.
